I am Ashley MacTavish, owner of MacTavish Events. I was born and raised here in the "Small Town", Seymour Indiana and reside there today with my husband Sy and our two children, Monroe, who is 7 and Jack, who is 4. We love our community and love seeing it grow and thrive. I am honored to help keep amazing weddings and events local by partnering with Chronicles Event Center.
I have a bachelor’s degree in tourism, conventions and event management from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and an associate’s degree in business management. Throughout college, I worked for an event planner who specialized in weddings and had the privilege to learn and grow so much along the way. It was then, I realized my love for events and the passion I have for helping dreams come to life for any occasion. I currently work at Cummins, Inc. as a Corporate Event Coordinator for customers who visit Cummins all over Indiana, and take pride in making sure their visits and events go off without a hitch.

$1,100 for our "Details, Darling" Package
Details, it is all about the details! This particular wedding package was created for the bride & groom who want to do a little wedding planning themselves, but do not want to worry about the details coming together. Our planning together begins at the 6-month mark with this package. We will gladly guide you and give advice as you choose the details of your wedding, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day!
Day Of Coordination Only (including rehearsal) - $500
This service is for couples who already have their venue and vendors selected and prefer to handle the planning themselves but need someone to ensure their vision is flawlessly executed on the wedding day. Once booked, I’ll be available to answer any wedding-related questions and share insider tips, including preferred vendors and recommended hotels. In the week leading up to your wedding, I will act as the main point of contact for all your vendors. I’ll also work with you during the 60 days before your wedding and will be there on the day to bring your vision to life.
A La Carte
Don't need all of the services listed above, no problem! Our La Carte Service option is sure to meet your needs. Minimum of two services must be selected.
