• 75 Guests or Fewer — Starting at $300
• More Than 75 Guests — Starting at $600

• Fire Pit Option
  $150 for up to five (5) hours of use.
• Early Check-In for Decorating
  $75 — Gain access the day before your event to decorate. (up to 4 hours) 
• Late Check-Out
  $550 — Stay late and return the next morning to finish cleaning. All clean-up must be completed and the venue vacated by 11:00 AM the following day.
• Backdrop Rental
  $35 — Use of our decorative backdrop for your event.
